Kapolei Shopping Center hosts free family fun on Halloween, October 31

Family fun is on tap this Halloween as Kapolei Shopping Center merchants open their doors for costumed, treat-seeking youngsters on October 31 from 5 to 7pm. Kids also can visit the popular pumpkin patch near Safeway to pick out a free mini pumpkin to take home, while supplies last. There also will be temporary tattoos and make-and-take craft activities, all free.
